Catalyste is expanding its Marketing team, an exciting opening lies ahead for a Marketing Executive. In this role you will have the prospect to innovate and grow your ideas to expand Catalyste’s regional reach.
- Lead host and first point of contact in Catalyste showroom.
- Work closely with the sales function to enhance awareness of showroom and new launches.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management are necessary to facilitate these projects and ensuring effective execution and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals and samples across different markets.
- Track key achievements and milestones for the company and brands.
- Assist with administration tasks for marketing including marketing budget and delivering optimal results.
- Handle project management tasks including the tracking of key timelinesand ensuring consistency in brand application across all communication platforms in accordance with guidelines.
To Succeed in this Role
- 3-5 years’ experience in any of the following: brand management, B2B marketing, marketing agency, brand ambassador, project management.
- Fluent English skills in order to communicate effectively with regional teams, ability to speak other Asian language would be useful.
- Time management, strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Effective project management experience.
- Strategic thinking and multi-tasking abilities is advantageous
- Autonomous and shows initiative to proactively present ideas, suggestions & problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
