JOB RESPOSIBILITIES
- Product delivery training to distributors and customer
- Provide diagnosis guidance and analysing of fault found to Distributor/End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls.
- Carry out field services at site in local and ASEAN countries. And ability to travel to ASEAN countries for visiting Distributors and customers (once per 1-2 months)
- Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts Team to locate correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
- Furnish warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
- Willingness to work beyond office hours if required and any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Meticulous and self-motivated, cooperate and comply.
- Submitting trip/visit/monthly/other report to management.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to marketing, service and spare parts teams.
- Building close working environment with key distributor channel partners and major customers to align our supply, quality and service offering.
- Continously reviewing the operations and sales function to ensure the structure can support our customers and our business ongoing growth.
- Managing the Customer Support and Technical Service functions.
- Managing staff succession planning and continously building internal and external people capability.
- Plan, implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and driving the Quality Management System and overseeing, directing all health and safety programmes and process.
- By Weekly operational reporting to regional head office
- Coordination with head quater by Japanes language
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma and/or certificate in Engineerint with relevant working experience in construction machinery industry.
- 10 years of relevant experience.
- Japanese language skill
- Able to read and understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram.
- Process valid class 3 Driving license.
