- Oversee the daily operations and business activities of the Corporate Department.
- Manage and expand the overall portfolio to meet the department's targets – New and Renewal Business.
- Create new business development strategies and ensure excellent retention rate on existing portfolio.
- Ensure everyone displays teamwork and align roles & responsibilities for maximum effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Degree and above
- BCP, PGI, CGI & HI Certified
- At least 5 years of Property & Casualty experience with team management in Insurance industry.
