Job Description
- Manage internet marketing campaigns, newsletter/magazine, subscription and website maintenance.
- Assist Head of Sales in developing, planning, executive and monitoring marketing activities.
- Organize, coordinate & executive marketing events such as seminars, workshop and exhibition and provide event site support.
- Plan and conceptualize marketing initiatives/campaigns with business partners.
- Initiate marketing programs & collaborate within internal & external on marketing events.
- Manage marketing department budget.
- Manage creation and copywriting work of all marketing materials including product catalogues, promotional flyers, advertising materials, etc.
- Manage and maintain a library of product image database.
- Manage and control all marketing collateral sourcing, printing, inventory - not limiting to catalogues, brochures, corporate gifts, etc
- Manage all product related information update on website.
- Develop and maintain a social media program.
- Update and maintain all corporate presentation materials
- Oversee and ensure all corporate materials created adhere to corporate identity (CI)
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by HOD and management
Requirements:
- A University Degree in Marketing OR at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related fields of marketing or business or corporate communications.
- At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in MS office applications, graphics design skills and marketing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Pardot CRM)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Creative and innovative, able to work independently, excellent written and speaking communication skill.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions
