Requirement Specifications
Objective: The Contractor shall provide the Services by deploying one competent personnel (“Personnel”) to support the Information and Communication Technology (ICT), ICT training, and support functions of the Authority. The Contractor is required to submit together with its offer and price proposal the CVs of Personnel to be deployed. Only submitted CVs will be considered when evaluating the Contractor’s offer and price proposal.
Duration of Service
Contract Period: From 11 March 2024 to 31 December 2024
Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the Authority the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30 am to 5 pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays unless there is a school event
• Service is not required on Sundays and gazette public holidays
Scope of Services
The Services required are set out as follows:
a) Update and maintain the school website and school’s social media platforms on a regular basis, updating notifications, announcements, and photo gallery, etc.
b) Perform day-to-day operations involving management of audiovisual systems and equipment, including Public Address (PA) system and live broadcasting.
c) Provide filming and editing videos for school events and functions.
d) Produce videos for school needs such as event videos, interviews, presentation videos, welcome videos, and animation, etc.
e) Assist in photo-taking for school events and functions including editing photos to meet the requirement and standards of the school.
f) Design graphical and aesthetics aspects of contents for school’s publication. (i.e., banners, posters, cards, and magazines).
g) Assist in archiving school media resources (e.g., school events) and regular backup of school data (where applicable).
h) Provide guidance to students on ICT or multimedia competitions.
i) Assist HOD ICT in the procurement of ICT equipment and services and management of ICT-related portals.
j) Support the School’s Corporate Communications team in content creation
k) Support the School’s Broadcasting Club in providing guidance and AV/photography/videography support in the coverage of school events
l) Perform any other tasks and duties assigned when required by the School’s Management to meet the school’s ICT needs.
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
(a) Candidate must register with MOE.
(b) Candidate should have a Diploma preferably in IT-related discipline.
(c) Have at least 3 years of relevant ICT experience preferably in a School environment.
(d) Good communication and inter-personal skills.
(e) Experience in managing school website or social media platforms.
(f) Proficient in photo and video editing software e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro & After Effects, etc.
(g) Able to operate and manage IT/AV equipment and have related ICT skills or AV experience.
(h) Able to multitask, manage ad hoc IT and AV related requests, support, and hands-on troubleshooting.
