- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts
- Research venues, liaison with suppliers & contractors and negotiate prices
- Responsible for the planning and execution of each event until the end
- Responsible for establishing and improving the relevant system and process of event
- Communicate closely with appointed agencies, printers and external vendors and ensure project timelines are met
- Enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company's event operations
- Conceptualize design briefs and work with designers to develop marketing collaterals, including but not limited to - product fact sheets, brochures, and promotional posters
- Evaluate the results of the event operations
- Assist in fixtures and inventory stock-taking in the warehouse
- Carry out administrative tasks as assigned
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Event Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of event agency experience in managing events from end to end and possess good understanding on flow of hybrid events
- Team player who has an eye for detail
- Excellent time management abilities
- Great communicator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Level of entry financial acumen
- Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules and deadlines
