DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to Catering Sales Managers
- Type and issue of all Banquet Event Orders, relate memorandum and amendments.
- Answer all in-coming telephone calls.
- Assist Catering Sales Managers to coordinate on events with requirements by clients and follow-up with Banquet Event Orders in their absence with client’s requirements.
- Responsible for distribution of outgoing correspondence, internal memorandums, change sheets and Banquet Event Orders.
- Assist Catering Sales Managers & Assistant Sales Managers to coordinate on events with requirements by clients and follow-up with Banquet Event Order.
- Take message and set appointments for Director and Sales Managers.
- Prepare for Daily Events, 11-Day Forecast and Monthly Forecast.
- Assist in general administration in office to Director of Catering Sales, Sales Managers and Assistant Sales Managers.
- Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders, outgoing correspondence and internal memorandum.
- Stock check and control of events operating materials and equipment in office.
- Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may assign from time to time by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Events Management / MICE Management or relevant studies
- Previous experience in a similar environment will be a distinct advantage.
- Working knowledge of Opera is preferred.
