ST MACHINERIES AND PARTS is in the wholesale of automotive machineries and heavy duty spare parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new clients, build and establish the business development pipeline by engaging with prospects and key customers
- To lead contract negotiations with suppliers and counterparts from Asian countries
- Develop and execute quality control policies, processes, and procedures that are aligned with industry standards
- To ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, preparing for project execution
- Establishes, implements, and maintains administrative policies, operation flows and standards
- Responsible for financial inflows and outflows, aligning them with allocated budgets and forecasts
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with overseas suppliers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of sales
- Familiar with all business functions including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resource, Sales
- Strong knowledge of automotive machinery and heavy duty vehicle parts
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Able to collaborate with suppliers from China
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Business acumen
