Looking to hire a permanent IT Infra Lead role with one of our client based in Singapore.
· Experienced professional in deploy strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize and fortify network and server operations, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery protocols.
· Mentorship to an IT team tasked with overseeing network, server, and cybersecurity functions and also monitor and evaluate network and server performance, along with cybersecurity incidents, to detect and address issues, enhance performance, and sustain system availability.
· Encourage collaboration with cross-functional teams to introduce updates, upgrades, and improvements to networks and servers, while supervising relevant IT projects.
· Conduct security assessments on networks and systems, implement security measures, and ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and regulations.
· Stay informed about emerging networking, server, and cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and best practices, offering recommendations for infrastructure enhancement.
· Lead the planning, execution, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, server environments, and cybersecurity protocols.
· Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements pertinent to network, server, and cybersecurity products and services.
· Guarantee compliance with IT policies, standards, and regulations, actively engaging in audits and compliance assessments as necessary.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology with strong experience as an IT professional with expertise in network, server, and cybersecurity functions.
· Good to have certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VCP, CISSP, or equivalent.
