Responsibilities:
- Manage Sourcing for Multiple, Complex Searches: Lead sourcing efforts for multiple, complex searches to identify and engage top-notch technical and non-technical talents across all levels.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers, and other Talent Sourcers to surpass business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Support Hiring Projects: Contribute to various hiring projects by strategizing talent pipelines through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques.
- Provide Market Intelligence: Conduct complex data analysis and deliver up-to-date, accurate market intelligence to business leaders, supporting informed decision-making for business growth.
- Interview Scheduling and Communication: Take ownership of the interview scheduling process, ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as the ambassador of Company's culture, leaving all candidates with a positive impression of our organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on international sourcing, preferably for operational or product manager roles in internet companies. Agency experience is also welcomed.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven experience with research and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, other social media, and forums, to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space. Strong output in creating target company mapping lists.
- Adaptability: Ability to contribute efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a strong sense of data and the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail.
