Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts & customer stakeholders
- Concept and Strategy Planning to unleash your creative juices to achieve brand storytelling and business objectives
- Monitors and analyses key performance metrics for online store optimisation in our Tier-2 platforms like Amazon, FortyTwo, NTUC FairPrice, Zalora, Q10, local Singapore supermarkets, and online furniture shops
- Develops, manages, and evaluates technology vendor relationships
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Monitor client usage and follow up on trading opportunities
- Oversee online sales, inventory management, and enhancing customer journey and satisfaction.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
- Coordinating with the operations team to make testing/routing/pricing adjustment
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic plans
- Coordinate and liaise with all staff working on the same client to ensure consistent communication and service
- Prepare proposals/ projects tailored to both new and key existing clients
- Monitor and provide market information, and feedback on competitors’ activities and industry trends
- Support other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
- Provide regular sales reports to provide insights, monitor competition, and collaborate with the sales & marketing departments for successful project execution.
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (Pivot tables, VlookUps, etc) to stay organised.
- Manages our brand’s online stores and marketplaces and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities that could lead to improved performance.
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent and above
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP)
- Organizational skills and good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space, including marketing strategies, leading e-commerce website builders and sales platforms (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, Zalora), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye for detail
- Strong analytical skills and passion for technology
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
