Responsibility:
Parking offence investigation
- Extract and review car park reports to identify potential tailgating cases for further investigation.
- Review and extract CCTV footage to isolate cases of parking charges evasion for enforcement action.
Onsite enforcement action
- Perform wheel clamping according to the SOP and ensure necessary documentations are completed.
- Follow up with motorists on payment of releasing fee before the release of wheel clamp.
- Update internal departments and the tracking system on wheel clamping cases promptly.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B/2A/2 driving licence.
- Willing to perform work outdoors and travel between various car parks.
- Basic English literacy to write reports and operate systems.
