Job Responsible:
- Handle and manage the full spectrum of procurement functions with day-to-day operation.
- Source for suppliers and products to bring in
- Liaise directly with warehouse personnel and project manager to effectively monitor and replenish various products for daily operations.
- Provide data entry support, proper record, and filing for warehousing functions.
- Assist in all incoming and outgoing products logistics arrangements with vendors.
- Work closely with operation team to meet delivery deadline
- Perform day to day company's administrative tasks
- Perform any other duties and responsibility as when required.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably someone with 2 year experience and above.
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.
