Responsibilities
1. Job scope would be general servicing and troubleshooting for M&E equipment at clients’ sites.
2. Provide technical support and attend to breakdown of equipment/services on sites.
3. Computer literate and able to generate simple reports.
4. Assist to manage soft-services vendors.
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma in related field* or equivalent; and with minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in managing buildings or facilities.
OR
2. Higher Nitec/Nitec in related field* or equivalent; and with minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in managing buildings or facilities.
* Related field includes M&E or Building Services Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering and Built Environment
AND
3. Ability to speak and write English well and possess basic IT literacy.
