Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Customer Service Officers to join their Services team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Working hours:
3 rotating shifts (8.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 8.00pm or 1.00pm to 10.30pm)
Working days: 5 days/week (inclusive of Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
Location: Joo Koon
Job Scope:
- Help customers with questions and purchases across different channels.
- Manage customer feedback by phone, email, social media, and chat, solving issues quickly.
- Make reports about feedback to spot trends and improve service.
- Work with other teams and delivery partners to meet customer needs.
- Do other extra tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' level or 'O' Level.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of systems like Zendesk or SAP is advantageous.
- Proficient in using Excel for data management.
