- Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees. Including preparation of weekly and monthly schedule. Keep timecards and other routine records.
- Provide technical guidance on electrical installation and related issues to ensure quality of services and in compliance with relevant regulation.
- Monitor works issued as responsive repairs, ensuring that repairs completed are cost effective and in accordance with safety policies.
- Coordinates, installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical and mechanical and other related systems in all locations.
- Lead the technicians in general repairs such as paintings, patching walls, security hardware, hanging shelves and landscaping
- Coordinates and inspects major contract works on the electrical, plumbing, mechanical and other related systems in all locations.
Requirements:
* Diploma/ Higher NITEC or technical related certificates
* At least 3-5 years of experience in M&E or Building services
* Competent skills in carrying out M&E repairs/troubleshooting
* Good communication skills in oral and writing
