Main roles:
● Ensure academic records are always updated via timely data maintenance.
● Administer examinations and manage assignment submissions.
● Be the main point of contact with lecturers on module results.
● Assist Academic Board with administrative duties such as sharing of class materials and the administration of module survey.
● Assist front counter duties and the attendance to student enquiries.
● Maintain proper records and filing of student requests and attendance. Supporting roles:
● Manage classroom facilities and setup for classes.
● Hosting both in-person and online classes at the school or on Zoom application.
● Assist lecturers in class preparation and in-class activities.
● Assist course registration or payment collection when needed.
● Conduct pre-counselling when required.

General Information:
● Working location: City Hall
● Working hours: 5-days work week, mainly 1pm-10pm Monday to Friday May be required to work on 1 weekend each month, with off in-lieu provided.
Requirements:
● Diploma in any field with preferably min. 2 years of working experience.
● Working experience in academic affairs, customer service or the education industry will be an advantage.
● Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
● Fluency in English to liaise with English-speaking students.
