Job Description
- Develop, implement & execute Sales Strategy with customers in order to grow profitable sales and support overall business objectives of the organisation
- Lead and manage the APAC region through direct sales force
- Ensure that the Sales Managers in different territories remain motivated and generate the growth required to meet their sales target.
- Manage local support team (marketing and formulation) to ensure seamless cooperation between local support team and Sales Manager in different territories
- Ensure APAC meet the sales growth as required by the company.
- Present new products or concepts in conferences, field visits, commercial and technical events and seminars
- Establish in-depth relationships with customer R&D organizations to develop new formulations
- Manage and work with our distributors to ensure sufficient customer’s coverage in each country
- Gather strategic market information and competitor’s information
- Preparing and monitoring sales budget and product forecasts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Science or Chemical Engineering or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institute
- 5-10 years of Commercial experience in the Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical or Ingredients Chemical industry, with minimum 5 years Sales team management expertise.
- solid understanding of APAC Personal Care market
- proven track record in managing customers, distributors and projects across APAC,
- possess leadership capability in driving sales strategy and leading remote teams
- Excellent presentation skills,
- Self-driven and results oriented
- open to extensive travel
