Tribal Worldwide is recruiting for a dynamic, commercially-savvy Senior Account Manager to work on a major Singaporean brand. The role is key to continuing to build on a long-term relationship that’s based on a strong client partnership.   • Thrives in an environment where they’re able to immerse themselves in the business landscape of one major client, while building strong partnerships across the various verticals in an organisation
  • Has the propensity to engage in wider business discussions with clients and creatives on strategy, including product core value propositions and brand strategy
  • Is keen to work on varied campaigns (branding, product acquisition, engagement, education, etc.) that span a wide range of target audiences from retail to high-net worth
  • Enjoys the leadership and mentoring aspects of working with a team of Account Managers and Executives
  • Experience in the banking sector is a major plus


Responsibilities:


The Senior Account Manager serves as the primary liaison with senior clients and will manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, reporting directly to the business lead.


Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess minimum 5 years’ experience in advertising and/or marketing communications (length and relevance of experience would determine SAM role)
  • Must have integrated communications experience across TV, print, radio to digital, mobile and social media
  • Lead development of strategic execution plans and proposals
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal planning, creative and project management teams to deliver solid work
  • Proactively resolve the client’s problems and provide execution ideas
  • Good finance controller in quotation and project cost control
  • Basic understanding of research methodologies
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Possess excellent presentation and selling skills
