Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily incoming mails/correspondences into the Sales Department.
- Attend to the administrative needs of the Sales Department. Prepare sales proposals, reports, letters, memo or fax documents and maintain an effective filing system.
- Assist guest/clients on the phone with the necessary information or/and direct/channel them to the manager in-charge.
- Arrange for brochures, promotional articles to be sent out on a timely fashion.
- Monitor stock level of the Sales Press kit, ensuring that there is sufficient stock in the store and put up requisition whenever the need arises.
- Conduct site inspection with clients.
- Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
- Independent and attentive to details.
- Experience in hospitality industry is an added advantage.
