Regional IT Project Manager

Job description:

• Responsible for end-to-end project management from planning to post-implementation
• Prepare dashboard for review meeting with Global IT PMO Leads.
• Drive IT Project Execution for APAC by:

1. Leading weekly status calls for key stakeholders and project team
2. Updating project status, schedule, risks & issues
3. Discovering risks/issues
4. Work with various stakeholders to mitigate Risks and resolve issues

• Ability to align interests of various stakeholders who have different agenda and priorities
• Work with sourcing team and 3rd party vendors to track and manage purchase orders
• Work with Global IT Team to coordinate change management process to application / Infrastructure for any APAC project cutover
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensure successful implementation and support after project cutover

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other Information Technology discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT application or system
• Previous experience in the area of web/eCommerce application migrations
• Experience delivering at least 1 full SDLC project
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Ability to work independently; highlight issues proactively and report progress regularly
• General technical knowledge in infrastructure such as networking
• Good written and verbal communication skills including presentation in front of stakeholders of all levels
• Good personal skills and able to influence and work with various parties
• Willing to work unsociable hours with global IT Team situated in Europe and US
• Willing to travel within the region on short notice if necessary
