The Role


We’re looking for an Account Manager to join the Key Accounts team in expanding MOWIN’s industry-agnostic portfolio of B2B clients based in the APAC region. Account Managers at MOWIN are valued partners to our clients, and develop, maintain and grow client relationships. They communicate and engage deeply with them on needs, priorities and goals to provide strategic counsel and ensure client satisfaction. They lead and oversee projects end-to-end, translating complexities into simple, actionable briefs for creative and operations teams to ensure the success and retention of our clients.

In this role, you’ll be empowered with the autonomy to make independent decisions while balancing the diverse needs and priorities of internal and external stakeholders. We’re a lean team operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, constantly tackling new business challenges and learning on the job. Responsibilities and work settings will not be rigidly prescribed, hence, it’s important for team members to possess the ability to navigate unstructured environments and problem-solve strategically.


Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, provide strategic support and partner closely with the Account Director and the Management team in business development and new logo acquisition.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Key Accounts team, supporting them to ensure client success.
  • Provide strategic counsel to help define and drive success for sales, marketing and communications departments of local to global organisations.
  • Develop integrated PR, marketing and communications plans that align with KPIs and maximise ROI for B2B clients.
  • Translate ideas, analysis and recommendations into strategic presentation decks to capture buy-in from clients.
  • Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and success across all accounts.
  • Steer and oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring world-class project delivery and optimisation of clients’ budgets, KPIs and ROI.
  • Keeping abreast of latest industry trends and standards to lead project discussions and negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


What We Value

  • In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing and communications in APAC, including and not limited to ABM campaigns; digital and social media campaigns; online, offline and hybrid events; content marketing; community building and PR. Simultaneous knowledge in B2C marketing and/or specialist marcomm skills is a huge plus.
  • Experience in business development tactics in an agency setting.
  • Thoughtful execution, with a willingness to both lead and follow.
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly.
  • An openness toward learning new skills in unfamiliar territory.
  • Self-starters with the ability to problem-solve independently.
  • A strong sense of ownership in work.


What We Require

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a regional account management role at a B2B marketing and/or communications agency.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and account management skills, especially in leading successful marketing projects with high client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and present integrated marketing pitch decks to high-level stakeholders; a keen eye for presentation design is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; business proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of how marketing functions serve overall business and revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.

Remuneration


Monthly salary range: SGD 4,000 – 5,000
