Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Provide administrative and secretarial support including managing the calendar schedules, maintain accurate records and provide timely reminders on schedules
- Logistics arrangements for Audit Commitee Meetings
- Preparation of all necessary papers to be submitted
- Set up and maintain document filing system
- Perform user adminstration activities for TeamMate and department's shared folder
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Provide administrative support to division as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Private Secretarial & Administration or equivalent qualifications
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent communication ability
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
