Job Description:
· Operate kitchen equipment according to company and recipe standards;
· Follow strictly written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients and starting a new batch of products;
· Packaging and moving of prepared food to storage;
· QC of each finished item to meet the quality standards of the company;
· Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace at the worker station by following company cleanliness standards
Job Requirements :
· Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food production ;
· At least 3 yrs F&B/manufacturing experience are welcomed.
· Candidates must possess eagerness to learn on the job.
· Able to work night shift and split shift
· Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday
