Job description
• Attending to daily accounting records and ensure all documents are properly filed and maintained.
• Issuance of payment vouchers, preparation of cheques and other payments such as telegraphic transfer.
• Checking and posting of invoices.
• Key in and updating daily collections.
• Monthly reconciliations
• Documents filings
• Any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, professional certificate in LCCI or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
