Admin Assistant

Administrative Role

  • Sourcing, purchasing, and issuing of office stationeries, printing of name card and pantry items
  • Assist with the arranging of courier drivers' schedule (E.g. sending documents. workers to site, dropping cheque at banks etc)
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update Company contact list and databases – updating emails & contacts regularly, send to all staffs for reference
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Sourcing for vehicle purchase and rental quotations
  • Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of company owned vehicles (e.g. road tax and insurance renewal)
  • Maintenance of indoor premises and outdoor garden
  • Arrange for monthly fogging, plumbing services etc
  • Sourcing of new vendors for employees’ attire and coveralls
  • Assist with the inventory of attire and stationery and issuance
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Schedule in-house and external events
