Responsibilities:
- Report to the Operations Director.
- Responsible for a team of retail staff, including retail associates, retail supervisors, shop managers, retail executives, and retail managers.
- Responsible for the profit and loss of the operations, ensuring optimal sales performance of all retail branches in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Review business performance, analyse results and deliver retail strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the retail business, including hiring, people management, and efficient operational processes.
- Able to analyse ad hoc retail operational issues and make quick judgement calls will support retail sales performance.
- Review inventory mix and work with the brand team on maximising inventory and inventory health to achieve sales targets.
- Forward plan with the marketing department on activities, promotions and events to drive sales.
- Ensure front-line staff are highly service-orientated and equipped with a high standard of customer handling skill and selling skills.
- Responsible for new store openings and renovation/relocation of stores to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- At least 5 years experience in retail management in a similar capacity.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coach retail staff towards achieving results.
- Strategic, analytical and highly results driven.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
