Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of ACMV systems in various settings.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to ensure compliance with Singapore's safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ACMV systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for equipment procurement and servicing.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and service records.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations specific to Singapore.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field, preferably from a Singapore-accredited institution.
- BCA (Building and Construction Authority) recognized certification or similar in ACMV systems is highly preferred.
