Job Description

  • To ensure smooth daily outlets operations among warehouse and outlet
  • To oversee the sales and be able to identify fast or slow moving goods among the outlets, devise plan boost sales to meet with monthly target
  • To be able to effective manage and control operating expenses
  • To monitor and improve customer service quality of all outlets
  • To be the role model of all the staff, motivate and boost employees' morale
  • To recruit, retain, train staff to ensure manpower efficiency
  • To prepare and/or approve manpower roster in order to ensure sufficient staffing
  • To plan and /or execute the opening of a new outlet when required
  • To prepare month-end sales / profits / stock reports and present to Director
  • To maintain relationships with company's key stakeholders (i.e. Landlord, Suppliers, Customers, Employees)
  • To negotiate on behalf of the company for its best interest
  • Sales floor operation (day-to-day basis)


Requirement

  • Minimum 6-8 years requirement in the RETAIL INDUSTRY
  • Minimum qualification of Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese language
