Job Description
- To ensure smooth daily outlets operations among warehouse and outlet
- To oversee the sales and be able to identify fast or slow moving goods among the outlets, devise plan boost sales to meet with monthly target
- To be able to effective manage and control operating expenses
- To monitor and improve customer service quality of all outlets
- To be the role model of all the staff, motivate and boost employees' morale
- To recruit, retain, train staff to ensure manpower efficiency
- To prepare and/or approve manpower roster in order to ensure sufficient staffing
- To plan and /or execute the opening of a new outlet when required
- To prepare month-end sales / profits / stock reports and present to Director
- To maintain relationships with company's key stakeholders (i.e. Landlord, Suppliers, Customers, Employees)
- To negotiate on behalf of the company for its best interest
- Sales floor operation (day-to-day basis)
Requirement
- Minimum 6-8 years requirement in the RETAIL INDUSTRY
- Minimum qualification of Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English and Chinese language
