Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to the various internal departments
- Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
- Provide advice on commercial and employment law activities
- Provide training to internal employees
- Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
- Taking preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts
Qualifications
- 6 years PQE within construction industry or private practice dealing with construction
- Singapore bar qualified
- Familiarity with SEA policies & regulations
- Prior experience with large-scale infrastructure & building projects
