Project Planning and Coordination
- Assist in the development and implementation of community initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to set project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and resources.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with community members, partners and stakeholders.
- Act as liaison between organisation and its stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Publicity
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials such as social media content to raise awareness about the initiatives.
- Engage with community members through various channels to solicit feedback and input.
Event Planning and Execution
- Assist in organizing and executing community programmes, workshops, and meetings.
- Ensure all aspects of events run smoothly, including registration, set-up, and clean-up.
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- Diploma/Degree-holders
- Background in Arts Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or Social Sciences.
- Keen interest in the cultural and heritage sector.
- Experience in community engagement, partnerships, programming, volunteer management, organizing community-based events.
- Able to work on weekday evenings and weekends if required
Contract: 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025 (1 year)
Salary: $2,800 to $3,500
Working hours: 9.00am to 6.30pm(mon-fri)
Location: Stamford Court
