You will support Environmental Services department in assessing, evaluating, implementing and monitoring services to ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment in the Hospital.
Your Job roles will include but not be limited to the following:
- Manage and work together with the appointed contractors in monitoring and ensuring planned maintenance programs are carried out by respective contractors and contractual KPIs are met
- Conducting inspections, walkabout and audit checks on contractors’ service standards
- Working with various stakeholders on rectification of various building defects
- Writing specification for approval to Management, analyze data and present the necessary statistics
- Preparation of expenditure projections in annual budgeting exercise and optimize resources within budgetary constraints
- Undertake ad-hoc projects from time-to-time, implement works relating to department services during emergency e.g. infectious disease outbreak, civil disaster, business continuity management
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Good interpersonal, communication skills
- Rostered on 2 shifts - 7.30am to 5pm or 12pm to 9.30pm (5 day work week including Weekends and Public Holidays)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
