Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and deliver diverse learning interventions in HR topics.
- Customize L&D interventions for public agencies, aligning with their developmental plans.
- Conduct research in emerging HR areas, translating insights into learning products.
- Design and organize seminars, webinars, and communities on trending HR topics.
- Design and facilitate learning sessions and contribute to consultancy projects for public agencies' transformation journeys.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of HR/L&D experience.
- Proficiency in facilitation and designing various learning modalities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for developing people and impacting HR practices in the public sector.
