Role: Permanent, Full time
Working Hours: Office hours (8am-530pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of pre-booking shipment, create shipment documentation, ensure proper delivery of all outbound materials to customers; organize and file shipment documentation and records.
- Interact with all levels and departments, both internal and external for shipment information; answer and respond for all inquiries on shipping issues.
- Coordinate the functions of all shipping related activities.
- Operate forklift and electronic shipping systems.
- Perform unloading of shipping packages from shipper boxes.
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'O'/ 'N' level
- Must have forklift license
- Preferably with warehouse/ logistics/ shipping related working experience
