According to the company's business plan, gain insights into market trends, and formulate annual business strategic plans
· Sales Target
Formulate annual team sales target, and effectively decompose sales target to ensure team target are achieved
· Marketing Strategy
According to different customers and products, formulate targeted customer strategies for business development and maintain good customer relationships
· Explore Potential Markets
Explore potential partners and opportunities, to drive new growth areas, acquire new businesses and new customers
· Team Management
Establish an efficient sales system,Supervise sales target and sales process,Talent training and team building
· Risk Management
Control project risks, inventory and costs, supervise product acceptance and accounts receivable
Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, physics, optics,or other related areas
· At least 10 years of relevant work experience in the automation equipment industry
· Good communication skills, self-motivated, positive attitude and cheerful personality.
· Have a strong desire and ability to discover, understand and solve customer pain points.
· Flexible thinking and can provide constructive suggestions
· Willing to travel overseas frequently
· Relevant regional experience is preferred
