Responsibilities:
- Work with technicians to complete all requests from customers for modification, repair, and maintenance jobs
- Promote professional and appropriate repair recommendation packages to customers on necessary or additional jobs
- Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, claims, and vehicle history files
- Work with technicians to assist customers in checking in their vehicles
- Promote customers relation and ensure customers satisfaction on all jobs or enquiries
- Attend to phone calls from customers
- Any other duty assigned by supervisor from time-to-time
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum 2 years of customer service working experience
- Experience in Motorsports or automobile repair would be an added advantage.
- Nitec in Automotive Technology
- Ability to provide technical advice on performance vehicle repairs and is knowledgeable about repair estimates would be an added advantage
- Class 3 driving license
- Willing to work on Saturdays (half day)
