Responsibility:
- Supervise multiple team of cleaners inmultiple cleaning projects
- Train cleaners and team leaders on servicestandards and provide help and guidancewhen necessary
- Assist in planning work schedules anddeployment of manpower
- Monitor and follow up on compliance withcleaning procedures, workplace safety andtender specifications
- Implement operation plans to improvework processes and service quality
- Interact and handle complaints andfeedbacks and build relationships withcustomers
- Check cleaning equipment condition
- Monitor cleaning material stock level andre-order materials when needed
- Solve operational problems and makedecisions
- Submit daily cleaning report
- Facilitate effective communication andengagement at the workplace
