Responsibilities:
- Establish and enhance the company's business procedures and risk management system.
- A due diligence examination of loan operations conducted on-site.
- In charge of business follow-up inspections.
- In charge of overseeing the Company's debt collection efforts
- In charge of ensuring that the company's operating system complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Encourage staff performance in the sales team to achieve the objective.
- In charge of overseeing the risk control system training.
- Conduct risk control meetings on a regular basis.
- Establish backup plans for handling financial emergencies.
- Create risk and position reports.
- Assist in executing plans and solutions.
- Inspect the company's risk exposures.
- Cooperate closely with other business partners.
Requirements:
- A degree in finance, banking, business studies, economics, commerce, or equivalent
- At least 5-8 years of experience controlling credit risk
- Certification as a Professional Risk Manager (PRM) is advantageous
