Our client is an investment firm focusing on renewable energy within Asia. They are currently looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team to build and drive a large portfolio of projects in Asia.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting and potentially becoming a lead in transaction management with external partners from contracting to exit.
- Support asset/portfolio management activities t
- Updating the model and communicating with the investors with monthly reports.
- Maintain and update financial models (including acquisition, portfolio model, and resale model) and its day-to-day operations.
- Source deals from developers/partners across target markets.
- Create and maintain pitchdecks for fund raising needs or LP investors communication purposes.
- Prepare investment memos and financial models including due diligence checks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- At least 1 year of experience in Investments/ Renewables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and is a team player
