Our client, an insurance company in Singapore is looking for candidates to join their expanding business as an Admin Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clients’ enquiries and provide insurance advice on quotations, renewals and other requests.
- Identify insurance needs of clients and delivery of solutions.
- Preparation of documents relating to transacted business.
- Maintain close relationship with customers and partners through dedicated and excellent service.
- Handling Domestic Helper’s claims.
- Attend to walk-in customers.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- At least a GCE ‘O’ certificate holder or above with at least 2 years of insurance experience.
- A minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent.
- Strong service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
