YOUR ROLE:

This is a unique and highly visible opportunity for a driven Senior Account Manager to join PALO IT Singapore.

The core focus of this role is on maintaining, nurturing and growing existing relationships and our preferred candidate has a mixed background as sales, project manager/scrum master/program manager and has a proven track record of effectively influencing the most senior decision makers within the digital/technology domain.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities within the private sector.
  • Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Present our technology consulting services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
  • Participate in industry events for thought leadership and networking

Account Management:

  • Manage existing client accounts by understanding their technology requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, delivery, and support) to meet client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Oversee account P&L across projects

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify areas for growth and innovation within the healthcare market.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track key performance metrics related to account management and sales.
  • Provide regular reports to management on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Extensive knowledge within the innovation & transformation space
  • Extensive experience in leading and developing accounts
  • Experience in crafting proposals for client needs
  • Experience in agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience working within a consultancy environment
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Be a team player, with a great sense of humor.
  • Candidates with entrepreneurship background and attitude will be preferred.
