Responsibilities
- Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers and grow followers, brand interest and engagement through engaging content across different digital platforms.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Youtube and other new platforms)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook or Google etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Brainstorming new digital marketing platforms and ways to capture customer attention
- Compose online copywriting, proofreading and editing for various digital marketing content to ensure consistency in branding
- Design of online marketing collaterals such as graphic illustrations, photo and video production via Adobe Design Software or Canva.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Conduct market surveys, research trade information, and analyse competitor’s online strategies.
- Deliver monthly proposals, reports, presentations and share insights to develop optimization plans and provide action plans
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Creative thinker & self-starter
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and SEO
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
