Job Descriptions

# Food Preparation:

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring that they meet our established quality standards for all dishes.

# Cooking Assistance:

  • Support the chefs in the preparation and cooking of dishes, following our established recipes and techniques.

# Kitchen Cleanliness:

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workspaces, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

# Team Collaboration:

  • Work cooperatively with other kitchen crew members and chefs to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

  • 5.5 days 44 hrs (Fixed Sunday Off)
  • 11:00~14:00, 17:00~22:00
