Our client is looking for a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and strategy of the company. You will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial performance and liquidity.
- Coordinate and liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management and department heads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a tech company or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
