Penetrate and develop new markets and business opportunities in HVAC and Water Industry, targeting consultants, contractors and developers for Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives (VSD) and Passive & Active Harmonics Filter.
- Establish new customer relationship and expand current customer base to drive and achieve higher sales targets of Low Voltage VSD in the assigned market segment
- Develop sales and business growth strategies to approach consultants, contractors and developers. Implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and profit margins
- Prepare product presentation, technical documentation, compliance list and related documents and work closely with deal team on project pre-bid specification for consultants
- Coordinate & follow-up on tender awards with contractors, prepare & submit quotations and monitor deal closely till closure
- Work with sales support team on project management to ensure delivery dateline and customer satisfactions are met
- Gather market information on customers activities & projects; analyse and develop sales plan, submit pipeline forecast, sales progress and make consultants visit report plan to Sales General Manager
- Conduct competitors analysis and the activities
- Prepare monthly report for Management review
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
- Possess good technical knowledge of Low Voltage VSD and Passive & Active Harmonics Filter. Project management skill is an added advantage
- At least 5 years of related sales experience in the same industry in which minimum 3 years in handling LV VSD and Passive & Active Harmonies Filter
- Have good contact & network with consultants/contractors in related HVAC/Water/Data Center Industry
