Job Responsibilities:
- Planning daily and weekly work schedules and controlling the cost of projects.
- Organize teams of foremen and labour to perform different tasks at different locations.
- Resource planning such as material, machinery, equipment and manpower for the project.
- Liaise with clients' supervisors on work matters.
- Troubleshoot problems on-site in order to ensure any delays are minimized and additional costs reduced.
- Checking of works done by Foremen and labour force to ensure that they are correct and of good quality.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings to educate and communicate with foreign labour on OSH, RA, SWP and other EMS issues.
- Ensure compliance with Company's IMS process and procedures.
- Ensure OSH risk assessments and EMS impact & aspect register are conducted and implemented in company operations.
Pre-requisites:
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, resourceful, diligent and a good team player.
- Able to lead workers to comply, fulfil project requirements, meeting schedules.
- Expected to perform hands-on duties with acquired skills and knowledge.
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintaining and repair for common equipment on the construction site.
- Working irregular hours and night shifts is common.
