- Responsible for Identifying and creating sales opportunities, and Producing Leads.
- Be involved in providing initial information and conducting outbound calls, email/LinkedIn interaction to qualify clients’ interest in software solutions (ERP/CRM/BPM/Bespoke)
- Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations aimed at specific sector
- Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications.
- Route qualified leads to field sales team by initiating appointments.
- Confident, pleasent, organized and detail oriented.
- Experience of 1-3 years in Telemarketing in IT sector.
- Strong PowerPoint Word and Excel skills.
- Able to articulate well and possess good communication and keen listening skills
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targets
