We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Analyst specializing in Security Administration to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage security measures to safeguard sensitive financial and personal data.
- Manage the escalation processes and perform service recovery for incidents that directly impact services or users.
- Conducting security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
- Developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Provide governance on the service provided by the Service Providers.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support periodic fixes/patches and upgrades.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Information Security in a complex IT environment.
- Proficiency in administering security for one or more of the various systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, MS SQL, Oracle, Mainframe, AS400, and Teradata).
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Active Directory, Privileged ID Management tools, and Identity Governance & Administration tools.
- Familiarity with ACF2 and RACF security protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
