M&E Coordinator/Engineer (Main con)
Responsibilities
• Review projects specifications and technical clarifications
• Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
• Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision
• Supervise M&E works and coordinate with clients representatives, consultants and sub contractors on technical matters
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years work experience in building or construction projects, preferably in A&A works
• Proficient in autocad
• Organized, highly motivated, independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
