Job Scope:
Ensure smooth operation and support school administration in areas of finance, procurement, HR, and general administration.
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work and managing correspondences to stakeholders.
- Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders
- Support in matters related to finance (e.g., processing invoices)
- Support in matters related to bus arrangement.
- Support in matters related to store management, including monthly verification of inventory.
- Ad hoc duties as deployed
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask with good time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary: TBA
Contract: 6 months
Working Arrangement:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
